1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@buypurevita.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@buypurevita.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
